Understanding our refund guidelines regarding digital procurement memberships and templates.
ProcureGenome provides digital products, including but not limited to premium articles, SOPs, and downloadable templates. Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of these digital goods, all sales and payments are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed.
You may choose not to renew your membership at the end of your billing cycle. Since we do not utilize automatic recurring billing (auto-debit), your access will simply expire at the end of the paid period. No future charges will be made.
In the rare event of a documented duplicate charge caused by a system error or a transaction failure where funds were deducted but access was not granted, ProcureGenome will investigate and resolve the issue. Please contact our support team with transaction proof for technical billing disputes.
